Sisters and Brothers Keepers has been providing Care Coordination for my two sisters for several years.
​
She has done a great job evaluating their care needs, coordinating care providers, and continuing to monitor their needs. She has been sensitive to their individual needs. She has shown empathy to two sisters that have lived together all of their lives. When Mom’s Meals stopped, she quickly addressed the issue to resume their food supply. She understands that my older sister does not want to leave the house while the younger sister (69 years) needs to be more mobile.
I recommend Justina as great Care Coordinator.
